Case Erector Case Packer Case Sealer for South Africa

Our Customer is on beverage industry, they are looking for carton erector, gravity roller conveyor, transfer conveyor, case packer and case sealer. their requirement as following:

The bottle material is PET and the weight of the bottle is 17 gram , we want to pack 24 bottles in 1 carton box.
The configuration is 4 x 6 bottles.
Required equipments:
1.Carton Erector and conveyor  before case packer
2.Case packer for 600ml Mineral water  PET Bottles
3.Transfer conveyor 3 meter after case packer and case sealer automatic flap closer
4.Gravity roller conveyor after case sealer
filling production speed : 120 bottle per minute
Customer let us submit our budgetary price quotation for case packing machine with Carton erector. The carton size will be given later once their customer finalize to size and the carton thickness.

According to customer requirements, we recommend KX-12 case erector, ZX-20 case packer and FX-50 Case sealer to complete packing production line for customer.
