Our Indonesian customers are agent for labeling machine, blow molding machine and packing machine. this time, they ask about 1.pouch belt conveyor for edible oil product pouch type 1L and 2L W350*L6500*T750m. approximate production capacity is 50-60pouch per minute, and belt material is HDPE belt or equivalent, motorized 220/380V, 50HZ, full SS304 polish frame 2.pillow belt conveyor for edible oil product pillow type 05Litre W350*L3000*T750mm approximate production capacity is 20-30pouch per minute and belt material is HDPE belt or equivalent, motorized 220V/380V,50HZ, full SS304 polish frame 3. Carton Sealer Size W350*L400*T750 Full SS304 polish frame, and compatible for box with size W150-500mm*H100-500mm, top and bottom tape sealer 4. Carton box roller conveyor W350*L4000*T750mm, SS304 for roller, full SS304 polish frame. 5.Metal detector for pouch and pillow product suitable for 20-60product per minute, sound alarm notification, complete with electricity panel if any.

Follow is our final drawing for production. customer decided not to use metal detector. and confirm order for 6.5meter belt conveyor, 3meter belt conveyor, 8meter roller conveyor and 2sets of carton sealer.
