Our philippine customer is an agent for packing machine, his customer is sourcing capable of labeling using maniated paper materials and cold glue, the required capacity is 80 bottles per minute. we confirm our model CG-S100 is suitable for his end user request.

As per meeting with the customer regarding the Labeler project, the following has been discussed.
1) Inline Labeler using cold glue, 80 BPM
2) Labels using printed paper, W98mm x L240mm
3) PLC and HMI prefer brand is DELTA, with english version of program (no password)
4) No change parts, 1 size bottle only
5) Voltage is 220VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz
6)  Power consumption
7) Air Consumption
8) Left to right machine orientation
9) Including Spare parts such as vacuum Belt, label magazine critical parts

Our customer already discussed this with end user customer.
According to the customer ,we can use LG brand PLC, but can we get the PLC programming software from your end? We can purchase it from you when necessary.
No need to have the HMI, using pushbuttons, pilot lights and selector switches is fine. This is a simple control system.
We will also send our Engineer/s to your factory during the final testing of the machine. This is a good opportunity for us because we have several projects for labeling machines coming and our expectation with your labeler is high.
